It’s always great they do a good job and if they notice any problems they point them out to keep an eye on or if it should be fixed they ask me if I want to do it or wait.

My vehicle was picked up at my house so they could do an oil change. The vehicle was serviced and returned in my driveway within 1 1/2 hours. Great service.

We are pleased with the service department and the services they provide. I had my oil changed and after that was completed the car was washed and looked great. Also I wanted to have mud flaps installed as it will help me keep the car cleaner.

They also watch for things that should be done to keep the vehicle safe.

Everybody is ALWAYS so friendly and nice very willing to explain what is going on. They don't treat me like I am a stupid female. I REALLY appreciate the free car wash but I would like it they would take just 10 minutes and wipe out the doors. This is a VERY SMALL detail. I appreciate the great service and communication they provide. Great place and would recommend them to anyone.

The service department did put the new ties on but they forgot to take care of the sensors for the tire pressure. They will now have to take to tires back off to finish the work.

Your service personnel are great people. I had a problem with the car radio… it would cut out. Your crew spent time updating what needed to be updated. The radio still cut out. Their cell phones had no problems with cutting out. Figured that it must be my phone. I went to Verizen in Rock Valley. They said they have had no problems like that before. They checked my phone….it needed an update. Once it was updated, everything worked great. I appreciated your service personnel so much that day.

I had them check for the problem which they did very quickly and confirmed it was the thermostat. They provided a loaner car for the 5 days until the service was complete. I appreciate the texting updates and answers to questions. It was also very nice to pick up a washed car to drive home!

First time using service department it was a very easy experience from start to finish

Serviced my Chevrolet pickup and gave me a call to let me know I needed a filter changed. They wanted to let me know before they did anything.

My GMC Sierra w/3.0 Duramax threw a CEL while I was in town for work. Wasn't sure what the CEL was for, but appeared to be a glow plug issue and it caused the remote start to stop working. Called Brad and he was super helpful in getting it looked at and fixed the same day. Brad went above and beyond on this as I was in an all day meeting, so he had someone pick up my truck and left me a brand new Traverse as a loaner. Turns out the issue was a recall or warranty issue so it came at no cost to me. This is why we keep going to HiWay for new vehicles. Service after the sale is excellent!
